With the Lifetime Warranty, Tiger makes a commitment to its customers by sending a new product to replace any defective or broken product. One exchange per year is possible, with no time limit, so that your mobile is always perfectly equipped. To benefit from this guarantee, simply create an account and register your product on https://muvit.earth/TigerWarranty within 30 days of purchase, along with your receipt.

THE PRINCIPLE IS VERY SIMPLE

Register your Tiger Lite product on this site within 30 days of purchase. In the event of a problem with your product, whether broken or defective, we will exchange it for you (limited to one exchange per year) and send you the new product for collection at a relay point.
LIFETIME WARRANTY TERMS - TIGER
1. SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY

The lifetime warranty applies to all of the following products (hereinafter referred to as \“Eligible Products\”):
Tiger Glass Plus, Tiger Case, Tiger Power, Tiger Glass Lite, Tiger Case Lite, Tiger Power Lite and Tiger Sound
The lifetime warranty is reserved for private customers (non-professionals, except for corporate-managed fleets) who have purchased an Eligible Product.

2. FREQUENCY AND DURATION

The lifetime warranty is valid as long as the Buyer remains the owner of the product.
It is limited to one (1) product replacement per calendar year,, i.e. from January 1st to December 31st of each year.

3. LEGAL WARRANTIES

In addition to this lifetime warranty, legal warranties also apply in accordance with the provisions of the French Civil Code (articles 1641 and 1648, paragraph 1) and the French Consumer Code (articles L.217-4, L.217-5, L.217-12 and L.217-16).

4. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

The lifetime warranty applies to Eligible Products purchased in France, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal. For purchases in other countries, please contact the local reseller to find out the warranty terms applicable.

5. ACCESS CONDITIONS
5.1. Product Registration

For Tiger Glass Lite, Tiger Case Lite, and Tiger Power Lite products, the Buyer must register the Product within thirty (30) days from the purchase date as shown on the purchase invoice. Other product ranges do not require prior registration.


5.2. Claim Procedure

In the event of breakage, cracks or defect, the Buyer may submit a request via the form at:
https://muvit.earth/TigerWarranty – section "MY WARRANTY".
Proof of purchase (including store, location and purchase date) must be uploaded. If accepted, a Return Authorization Number (BRV) is issued with return instructions.
The product must be sent back via tracked or registered mail, properly packaged, with the BRV number clearly visible. The Buyer is responsible for the product until it is received by our after-sales service center. After inspection, a confirmation or refusal of coverage will be communicated.

6. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The lifetime warranty does not cover the following: “Coque 360”, “Camera Ring” and “Film” from the Tiger Glass range, as well as “Powerbank” from the Tiger Power range. Also excluded: stolen or non-genuine products; damages due to improper installation or compatibility, normal wear, non-compliant use, accident or unauthorized intervention.
The lifetime warranty for charging accessories only covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a product is discontinued, the warranty is limited to three (3) years from that date.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Innov8 Connect shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages (notably to the phone) occurring during the processing of a warranty claim. No refund or repair will be provided beyond the product coverage.
Exchanged products under warranty become the property of innov8 Connect. If an exchange is not possible, a partial or full refund will be offered based on the product’s age.
